Shipping Costs: In some instances we will drop ship to avoid delays in you receiving your order so we use the carrier that our supplier uses. This is typically Startrack or Toll.
When shipping from us we will use Toll Ipec or Toll Priority.
All online orders are charged a flat fee of $15 + GST. If placing a large order online we may wave the shipping fee for you however you will need to contact us to do this as our website does not have this functionality.
How long will my order take?
Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of placing the order. The order should be received within 3 to 4 business days depending on location. Rural orders may take slightly longer.
Bisley orders of under 4 garments will need to be sent to us first as they will not drop ship under 4 items. This may cause a delay of a week or so depending on your location.
If your order is being embroidered and or screen printed the usual turn around time is 2 weeks. If the order is urgent we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We normally charge a setup fee of $25 + GST however if the logo is large or complicated there may be additional costs.
We will waive the fee on 50 or more items.
For a normal chest logo we charge $4.90 + GST. If the logo is simple i.e. just text the cost may be less.
A proof of the embroidery is usually provided prior to embroidering the garments.

Where are you located?
We are an online business that has in-house embroidery and screen printing service. We deliver nationally and have some international customers. We are looking to have shop fronts setup in 2017.
Returns must be received back by us within 14 days. Restocking fees may apply. You will need to contact us for any returns.

I didn't receive my order
Please contact us if you have not received your order within a week. On most occasions it means nobody was there to take the delivery however we will follow this up for you.
